  • Has trouble with following through on tasks and/or procrastinates
  • Gives up easily

  • Set a meaningful goal that matches priorities
  • Goal should fall in line with the SMART system (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, Timely)
  • Set specific time limits or dates
  • Find an accountability buddy for motivation
  • Set rewards for attaining steps within the goal
